I had the best ultrasound experience at Little Feet 3D in Burlington. My technician was super nice and welcoming. She took her time to get the best pictures and videos of my baby. I left my ultrasound feeling blessed!

We love Little Feet Studios 3D/4D Ultrasound Studio! What more can you ask for when you want to see and cherish your child's life while still in the womb! Both times we had top notch service - videos and pics captured and printed. Thank you so much, Veena, for your patience and excellence in getting the best angles and images for us! The techs were very nice but wasn’t really happy on how the 3d pics turned out. Pics weren’t clear. I was 30 weeks when I came in but she couldn’t get a clear picture of my baby. She was very nice though. The first time I came in for the gender scan I could tell the tech was very experienced and competent which was awesome but when we did the 3d it was a different tech and I could tell she is new..
I wish I could rate their customer service with a 0 star rating. I went in for my scan and the baby wasn’t in a good position, sonographer was nice but she took like 4 2D photos of unidentifiable body parts at the end she said you’ll have to come back. Which was fine I understand that the baby doesn’t always cooperate but then they said we had to pay for the entirety of the package which is 150. I said I didn’t think we should have to do this as we were not yet provided with the service in which we came for since we were leaving without having seen our baby and with zero pictures at all, and whoever was booking their appointments said “that’s just the way we do things”. My husband told her that that’s terrible customer service and they should just take a deposit and now we really just don’t want to go back with that having left such a sour taste in our mouths. Not to mention we’re out 150 for nothing and these are terrible times. Thanks for nothing.
